- Organizations with the switch package Light who has purchased the additional service Analytics.
Search & filter calls
Step 2 β Open the call log
- Click on Call center icon.
- Select Call logs.
- Toggle on View call details if you want to see more information (e.g. connections and who connected the call).
Step 3 β Search & Filter on Computer
- Select start and end dates.
- Filter on call type (optionally).
- Select response group and/or user/phone number.
Step 4 β Search & filter on mobile
- Select start and end dates.
- Filter on call type (optionally).
- Select response group and/or user/phone number.
