Search and filter the call log

Search the call log by date, type, response group, and user. Requires Unlimited or Light+Analytics.

Step 1 – Who has access?

  • Organizations with the switch package Unlimited.
  • Organizations with the switch package Light who has purchased the additional service Analytics.

Search & filter calls

Step 2 – Open the call log

  • Click on Call center icon.
  • Select Call logs.
  • Toggle on View call details if you want to see more information (e.g. connections and who connected the call).

Step 3 – Search & Filter on Computer

  1. Select start and end dates.
  1. Filter on call type (optionally).
  1. Select response group and/or user/phone number.

Step 4 – Search & filter on mobile

  1. Select start and end dates.
  1. Filter on call type (optionally).
  1. Select response group and/or user/phone number.
