Step 1 β Who can use the feature?
- Organizations with the switch package Unlimited.
- Organizations with the switch package Light with the additional service Analytics.
Note: When you share a call log, the recipient may in turn share it further. Only share recordings when it's important.
Step 2 β Share on computer
- Click on the icon with three dots on the call you want to share.
- Click on the icon with right arrow.
- Choose whether to share via chat or SMS.
- Add a comment (optional).
- Write the name of it user, channel or team you want to share.
- Toggle on Include call recording if you want to send the recording.
- Toggle on Include voicemail transcription if you want to send the transcription.
- Toggle on to schedule broadcast time (optional) and select time.
- Click on Share.
Step 3 β Share on mobile
- Press the icon with three dots on the call you want to share.
- Press the icon with right arrow.
- Choose whether to share via chat or SMS.
- Add a comment (optional).
- Write the name of it user, channel or team you want to share.
- Toggle on Include call recording if you want to send the recording.
- Toggle on Include voicemail transcription if you want to send the transcription.
- Toggle on to schedule broadcast time (optional) and select time.
- Press Share.
