Share call log and call recordings

Step 1 – Who can use the feature?

• Organizations with the switch package Unlimited.

• Organizations with the switch package Light with the additional service Analytics.

Note: When you share a call log, the recipient may in turn share it further. Only share recordings when it's important.

Step 2 – Share on computer

1. Click on the icon with three dots on the call you want to share.

2. Click on the icon with right arrow.

3. Choose whether to share via chat or SMS.

4. Add a comment (optional).

5. Write the name of it user, channel or team you want to share.

6. Toggle on Include call recording if you want to send the recording.

7. Toggle on Include voicemail transcription if you want to send the transcription.

8. Toggle on to schedule broadcast time (optional) and select time.

9. Click on Share.

Step 3 – Share on mobile

1. Press the icon with three dots on the call you want to share.

2. Press the icon with right arrow.

3. Choose whether to share via chat or SMS.

4. Add a comment (optional).

5. Write the name of it user, channel or team you want to share.

6. Toggle on Include call recording if you want to send the recording.

7. Toggle on Include voicemail transcription if you want to send the transcription.

8. Toggle on to schedule broadcast time (optional) and select time.

9. Press Share.

• To share via SMS Do you need permission to send? System SMS.
