Archive calls in the call log

Archive single or multiple calls. Archived calls are never deleted, they are just hidden from search.

Step 1 – Who can archive calls?

  • One user can archive their own conversations.
  • A member of a response group can archive conversations from the group.

When a call is archived:

  • It disappears from the default search results.
  • The conversation not deleted and can be found again by including archived calls in the search.

Step 2 – Do a search

To archive calls, you first need to make a call log search.


Step 3 – Archive a single call

On computer:

  1. Click on the icon with three dots during the call.
  1. Click on the icon with down arrow.
  1. Click on Yes to confirm.

On mobile:

  1. Press the icon with three dots during the call.
  1. Press the icon with down arrow.
  1. Press Yes to confirm.

Step 4 – Archive multiple calls (bulk)

On computer:

  1. Check the box next to the calls you want to archive.
  1. Once the boxes are filled in, click on the icon with three dots.
  1. Click on the icon with down arrow.
  1. Click on Yes to confirm.

On mobile:

  1. Tap the box next to the calls you want to archive.
  1. Once the boxes are filled in, press the icon with three dots.
  1. Press the icon with down arrow.
  1. Press Yes to confirm.
