Step 1 – What are call details?
- Call details is a feature of call log which shows the entire path of the conversation.
- Example:
• Via which response group The call went through.
• Who transferred the call.
• Which person or group the call ultimately ended up with.
Call details are enabled by default when searching the call log.
Step 2 – Enable or disable
- Toggle off to disable call details.
- Toggle on to enable call details.
