Schedule a message

Schedule messages in the chat for efficient communication.

Step 1 – Open Scheduling

  • Click or tap clock icon in the chat or channel.
  • Here you can choose to write a new message to schedule.

Step 2 – Write your message

  • Fill in the text you want to send.
  • It could be a chat message, call log, email, files, or survey results.

Step 3 – Choose a time

  • Enter the date and time when the message should be sent.

Step 4 – Confirm

  • Click or tap Schedule to save the shipment.

View and manage scheduled messages

Step 1 – Go to the menu in the chat or channel

  • Click or tap the three vertical dots.

Step 2 – Open Scheduled Messages

  • Select clock icon in the menu.

Step 3 – Manage a message

  • On computer: hover over the message and click edit icon.
  • On mobile: tap the message, then tap edit icon.

Step 4 – Change or delete

  • Here you can change the text, adjust the time, or delete the scheduled message.
