Step 1 – Open Scheduling
- Click or tap clock icon in the chat or channel.
- Here you can choose to write a new message to schedule.
Step 2 – Write your message
- Fill in the text you want to send.
- It could be a chat message, call log, email, files, or survey results.
Step 3 – Choose a time
- Enter the date and time when the message should be sent.
Step 4 – Confirm
- Click or tap Schedule to save the shipment.
View and manage scheduled messages
Step 1 – Go to the menu in the chat or channel
- Click or tap the three vertical dots.
Step 2 – Open Scheduled Messages
- Select clock icon in the menu.
Step 3 – Manage a message
- On computer: hover over the message and click edit icon.
- On mobile: tap the message, then tap edit icon.
Step 4 – Change or delete
- Here you can change the text, adjust the time, or delete the scheduled message.
