Now it's time to get started with the app for you as an administrator. If you haven't downloaded the apps yet, it's high time to do so before you start the guide. A Pro user can use the mobile app, desktop, and browser. A mobile user can use the mobile app.
Get started using the steps below
Invite your colleagues
- We have prepared all the users for you, all you need to do is invite them.
- Inside the app, click on the gear icon, followed by your organization
- Click on User Accounts and Users.
- Click “Send invitations” under prepared users
- Choose whether it should be sent as email, SMS or both
- Select all or one or more specific users
- Click send
The invitation will be sent to the email address and/or mobile number that you provided as the user ID when you created the user.
Configure your organizational structure
Now it's a good idea to understand the basics of the organizational structure in the app. Whether you're starting from scratch or already have teams, we recommend using the steps below when creating a new team.
- Create a team, for example Team Support
- Create channels such as General, first line, second line & known errors
- Create a role, assign the role to the right team, channels, and permissions.
By using the order above, it will be much easier when you are going to create a new user, when you do so you just need to assign the user the correct role and they will then automatically be assigned the predefined teams, channels and permissions.
