Get started with the app – quick start guide

Start by downloading the app (computer and/or mobile) before following the guide.


Step 1 – Activate your account

  1. Click on the link in the welcome email.
  1. If you have not received an email – contact your administrator.
  1. When you first log in, you choose a secure password.

Step 2 – Integrate your headset

To use all features with your headset (Poly or Jabra), you need to activate the integration.

Poly (Plantronics)

  1. Download the manufacturer's software.
  1. Go to gear icon → Personal settings → Audio & video devices → Integrations.
  1. Enable the integration by toggling on Poly.

Jabra

  1. Download the manufacturer's software.
  1. Go to gear icon → Personal settings → Audio & video devices → Integrations.
  1. Enable the integration by toggling on Jabra.

Step 3 – Connect email and calendar

We recommend integrating your email and calendar for the best experience.

Open integration settings

  1. Click on gear icon → Personal settings.
  1. Expand Integrations.

Office 365

With the integration you can:

  • Synchronize emails and folders and send emails from the app.
  • Sync calendar events and book meetings with conference links.
  • Sync, create and edit contacts.

Here's how to integrate:

  1. Click on Office 365 in the list.
  1. Click on the plus sign.
  1. A browser window opens.
  1. Sign in with your Microsoft credentials.
  1. You will receive confirmation that the connection was successful.

Google Workspace

With the integration you can:

  • Sync calendar events and book meetings with conference links.
  • Sync, create and edit contacts.

Here's how to integrate:

  1. Click on Google Workspace in the list.
  1. Click on the plus sign.
  1. A browser window opens.
  1. Sign in with your G Suite credentials.
  1. You will receive confirmation that the connection was successful.

Step 4 – Log in to a response group

  • Log in:Click on Call Center icon → toggle on the response group.
  • Log out:Click on Call Center icon → toggle off the response group.

Step 5 – Change your display number

  1. Click on gear icon → Personal settings → Phone & conference → Numbers.
  1. Choose which number to display for outgoing calls:
    • Mobile number
    • Landline number
    • Switchboard number
  1. You can choose different numbers for internal and external calls.

Step 6 – Enable number lookup as a notification

  • Activate number lookup as a notification and you will receive immediate information about who is calling, which response group, which business and possible CRM data – even if the number is not in your contact list.
