What is SuperSearch?
Super Search is an organization-wide search feature that allows you to search for various objects, such as numbers, users, and response groups, directly in the regular search box in the app. The feature simplifies administration by combining searches with other permissions.
Use Super Search
Step 1 – Open the search box
- Go to the regular search box in the app.
Step 2 – Select search category
- Click on the magnifying glass next to the search box.
- Select the category that corresponds to what you want to search for (e.g. users, numbers, or response groups).
- Then type in the name, number, or group you want to find.
- You can search for:
- Response groups
- Mobile number
- Landline number
- User
- Button selection menus (IVR)
Step 3 – Manage search results
- Number search: View all landline and mobile numbers associated with a user and edit them if necessary.
- Edit response groups: View and change phone numbers associated with a response group.
- Change activity status: Look up a colleague and update their activity status directly from the search results.
