Audio & Video Devices

Step 1 – Open Audio & Video Devices

• Click on gear icon at the bottom of the menu on the left.

• Select Personal settings.

• Go to Telephony and expand the list Audio & Video Devices.

Step 2 – Headset integration

Poly (Plantronics)

1. Download and install the manufacturer's software.

2. IN Audio & Video Devices, go to Integrations.

3. Toggle on Poly integration to activate.

Jabra

1. Download and install the manufacturer's software.

2. IN Audio & Video Devices, go to Integrations.

3. Toggle on Jabra integration to activate.

Step 3 – Change microphone and prioritize devices

• Change microphone:
  1. Click the microphone icon to expand the list.

  2. Select the microphone you want to use.

• Star microphone:
  1. Click the star next to the microphone list.

  2. Select the microphone – it will be marked with a star.

• Change priority order:
  • Drag and drop starred entities to determine the order.

• Background noise:
  • Noise reduction is on by default – toggle off if you want to turn it off.

Step 4 – Change speakers

• Change speakers:
  1. Click the speaker icon to expand the list.

  2. Select the speaker you want to use.

• Star speakers:
  1. Click on the star next to the speaker list.

  2. Select the speaker – it will be marked with a star.

• Ringer speaker:
  • Toggle off to turn off incoming ringtone.

  • Toggle offUse default speakers to select a different speaker for ringtones.

Step 5 – Change camera

• Change camera:
  1. Click the camera icon to expand the list.

  2. Select the camera you want to use.

• Star camera:
  1. Click the star next to the camera list.

  2. Select the camera – it will be marked with a star.
