When you have an active activity status (e.g. “Super-busy”), you can choose whether or not to let calls from colleagues through. This allows you to be unavailable for external calls, but still be available for important internal calls.
- Go to your personal settings and select Activity Status. Create a new status or edit an existing one.
- Then scroll down to the sectionHandling of incoming calls.
- Toggle onCalls from my organization: let throughThen colleagues can still reach you, even if other calls are blocked.
- (Optional) You can also choose to allow:
- Calls from VIP contacts
- Calls from your federation (e.g. collaborating organizations)
- Finish bysave the activity status.
