About calling via the app
- You can call colleagues, contacts and numbers directly in the app.
- Calls made via the phone's built-in dialer (native dialer) is also registered in the app.
- The app has smart call handling:
- Switch between voice calls, video calls and conference calls.
- Mix video and voice calls in the same conference.
Make a call in the app
Computer
- Click on New call in the menu.
- Enter the number or select one user/contact.
- Click on the phone to call.
Mobile
- Press New call in the menu.
- Enter the number or select one user/contact.
- Press the phone to call.
Switch a call to a conference (three-way call)
- When you are in an ongoing call → click conference button.
- The call is switched directly to a conference.

Call from elsewhere in the app
For extra convenience, you can call directly from several different views:
- Through a live chat.
- Through a response group.
- From one shared call.
