Required qualifications:
You need to have the authorization Users & Teams to be able to edit other users.
Edit via User
Step 1 – Go to Organization Settings
- At the bottom of the menu on the left you will see an icon that looks like a gear.
- Click on it to open the organization settings.
Step 2 – Open Users
- During User accounts, click on User.
Step 3 – Select users to edit
- Click on the user you want to edit.
- The user's information will expand and you can make any desired changes.
Edit via contact card
Step 1 – Find the user
- Use the search field to find the user in the contact list.
Step 2 – Open the contact card
- Click on the user's avatar to open the contact card.
Step 3 – Go to personal settings
- Click on gear icon.
- Select Open personal settings.
