How to order a data sim
With eSIM you can get started right away – activate without waiting for a physical SIM card.
To order a data sim you need to send an email to subs@lynes.io.
In the email, you should write the following information:
- Which subscription, i.e. which mobile number, should have the data SIM card.
- Whether you have an unused SIM card in place or not.
- If you already have an unused SIM card: write in the ICC number. It is 20 digits long and is located on the SIM card.
- If you don't have an unused SIM card: write with your mailing address and we will send you a SIM card.
Important to know
- A data SIM is an extra SIM card on the same subscription.
- It is not a separate subscription.
- It can also be called a twin card, extra SIM or extra card.
- The data SIM card and subscription share the same data package.
