How to activate a new SIM card
To change your or a colleague's SIM card, you need to have the authorization Account or be an account owner.
Step 1 – Go to settings
- At the bottom of the menu on the left, you will see an icon that looks like a gear.
- Click on it to open organizational settings.
Step 2 – Select Business Account
- Click on Business account.
- Then choose Subs in the menu.
Step 3 – Open mobile subscription
- During Subscription, click on Sub's mobile.
- A list of all subscriptions in the company is displayed here.
Step 4 – Select user
- Click on the name or phone number for which you want to change the SIM card.
Step 5 – Fill in SIM card number
- During the episode SIM, click on the existing SIM ICC number.
- Fill in the new SIM ICC number (20 digits).
- Click on Save.
- Important! Never save without a sim card number or without esim. This will deactivate the number and subscription in the background. Please contact support for further assistance in this.
Step 6 – Change SIM card
- Ask the user to change the SIM card in their phone.
- Please note that activation may take a few minutes. If it doesn't work, try restarting your phone.
