Buy a new subscription in the app with a simple step-by-step guide.

Buy a new Subs subscription in the app

To purchase a new subscription in the app, you need to be account owner or have the authority Account.


Step 1 – Go to settings

  • Click on the gear at the bottom of the menu on the left to open Settings.

Step 2 – Select Business Account

  • Click on Business account.
  • Then choose Subs in the menu.

Step 3 – Choose subscription type

  • Click on Buy Subs mobile if you want a mobile subscription.
  • Click on Buy Subs fast if you want a fixed subscription.
  • Choose whether the subscription should be tied according to a framework agreement or unbound according to price list.

Step 4 – Enter details

  • Select call rate: fixed or movable.
  • Select data packet.
  • Select number: new, reserved, specific or port existing number.
  • State SIM ICC number if you have a physical SIM card. It is 20 digits long and is written on the card.
  • Or choose eSIM and follow the instructions.
  • Choose whether the number should be connected to the switchboard or be independent.
  • Turn on MEX whether the number should be integrated with the switchboard.

Step 5 – Complete the order

  • Confirm the order.
  • The subscription will then be activated automatically.

Link mobile number with landline number (MEX)

  1. Go to Organization settings.
  1. Select Telephony system.
  1. Click on Mobile number.
  1. Add an unassigned landline number under Linked number.
  1. Click on Save.
    • If that doesn't work, first assign the landline number to a user and then try again.

Important to know

  • When porting a number, check that there is no remaining binding time.
  • If a number is connected to the switchboard with MEX, it means that the mobile number and landline number are connected and work together.
