Required qualifications:
You need to have the authorization Account to be able to manage cost centers.
Find and activate cost centers
Step 1 – Open Organization Settings
- Click on gear icon at the bottom of the menu on the left.
Step 2 – Go to Business Account
- Select Business account in the menu.
Step 3 – Activate cost centers (first time)
- Click the button Activate cost centers.
About cost centers
- Cost centers are used to create clearer invoices and facilitate internal cost allocation.
- For example, a cost center can correspond to a department.
How it works
- You will automatically receive a standard cost center where main licenses are placed, e.g.:
- Gearbox package
- Analytics
- Insights
- Numbers and number series
- Extra response groups and IVR
(These cannot be moved to another cost center)
- At the user level, you can select a different cost center. The following licenses will then be automatically allocated:
- Call recording
- Mobile subscription
- Survey licenses
Invoicing and cost centers
Grouped invoice (collective invoice)
- An invoice where all cost centers are separated, but sent in the same invoice.
Separate invoices per cost center
- Each cost center receives its own invoice (example: 3 cost centers = 3 invoices).
Invoices with different organization numbers
- It is possible to invoice different organization numbers, for example in a group structure.
- To activate this you need to contact us.
