Mobile data top-up on Subs subscriptions
Who can buy more data?
Only users who have been granted permission by the administrator can top up their data. The amount of extra data that can be purchased depends on the subscription.
Step-by-step
Step 1 – Open Settings
Click on gear icon.
Step 2 – Go to Mobile Data
In the menu that opens, click Telephone & Conference to expand the menu.
Then click on Mobile data.
Step 3 – Choose your number
In the list that appears, click on your phone number.
Step 4 – Buy more data
Select how much data you want to purchase and confirm by clicking Buy.
If you can't top up
If you receive an SMS to top up but can't find the button, or can't complete the purchase, it's probably because you don't have the rights. Contact your administrator to gain access.
Check your data usage
To see how much data you have used:
- Click on your avatar.
- During Data usage you will see your current consumption for the current month.
