Summary of calls logged in your CRM
Now we eliminate all possible excuses for not documenting in a CRM. Summarized calls can now be automatically logged to a contact in your CRM.
The feature, which requires Insights, works for both direct calls and calls via response groups and is of course configurable.
Summarizing calls via webhook
For users with Conversation Intelligence, we now also send the summary of the conversation via a custom webhook as well as a webhook for call recording.
Selectable ringtone
The fact that this year's Christmas gift was the unisex fragrance and not our ringtone of choice is something we have a hard time accepting. Because we've worked hard.
But not entirely unnecessarily. Now you can choose between eight ringtones that have been internally described as "artisanal hand-crafted".
Better handling of user deletion
Although we are of course sad when you delete a user, we have been kind and made it easier. Search for a user, click Delete, confirm or schedule the deletion – and voila, you're done.
Now you no longer need to expose numbers and the like, as before.
Calendar sync via Google Workspace
This setting lets your Google Calendar control the app's activity status. You don't have to manually set up meetings in the app when they're already in your calendar.
Line status from the app to Microsoft Teams
As if one-way sync wasn't enough, we now also sync status in the other direction. If you're on the phone in the app, you'll now automatically be marked as busy in Teams.

- Internal calls only
- External calls only
- All calls

- Removed the user's Supervisor role from all response groups when downgrading to a Mobile license
