Searchable transcriptions in voicemails

You know we always strive to make your everyday life more efficient. We're a bit like Santa Claus, but instead of the usual presents, we bring cool features.

This time we are introducing the ability to search transcribed conversations directly in the search box. You can search for a keyword or sentence, as well as choose to search your personal conversations or conversations from response groups.

Upsales CTI

We have now taken our integration with Upsales to the next level by enabling CTI via Insights. When enabled, you can now use the Native dialer in Upsales for click-to-call. All calls are of course logged in your CRM.

More wallboard templates

To ensure that you have all the possible metrics and conditions for success, we have developed some new templates for our wallboard.

New permission: features

We admit, it might not have been the smartest thing ever to place Analytics under the Telephony System permission. Luckily, it wasn't set in stone and we've now fixed it and created a new permission, “Functions” where you can now find Analytics.

Other news

  1. Now you can choose how numbers should be formatted when calling from your own country code (+46 for us Swedes). The options are as follows: 070-000 00 00 & +46 70 000 00 00The setting applies to all places in the app where we display numbers, such as the call log and contact cards.

Fixes & changes

HubSpot

  • The integration will time out if the rate limit is reached to make room to generate some tokens
  • Reworked and increased cache for contact searches against the app to reduce the number of API calls made when scrolling on contact activities

Response groups

  • Previously experimental toast (notice) for no agents available is now default

Callback on response group

  • Fixed bug where callers with hidden number could not initiate callback (Patched 18/4 12:15)
  • Fixed bug with audio files not playing during callback messages (Patched 18/4 12:15)
  • Blocked the ability to initiate a callback request to a toll number and certain countries (Patched 18/4 12:15)
  • Fixed bug that caused callback calls to trigger "waiting time alert" after the call had been handled (Patched 3/5 12:15)

BankID

  • Updated to follow new authentication guidelines that went into effect on May 1st, read more here. (Patched 25/4 12:15)

Call

  • Fixed an issue that could cause audio delays when users muted the mic
