Who has access and can edit the company account?

Users with the permission Account can view and edit the company account settings.

Open a business account

  1. Click on Settings.
  1. Choose yours organization.
  1. Open the list and select Business account.

Company profile

This is where you will find your organization's basic information. This is also where you will purchase new user licenses.

Company data

Here you can update: • address

• postal code

• city

• display name

Make your changes and click Save.

Note! You cannot change your company name or registration number. Contact us and we will help you.

Account owner

Here you can see who the account owner is. The account owner has full rights in the app.

To change the account owner, you need to contact us. Please note that only authorized persons can change the account owner.

Time zone

Here you change the organization's time zone.

  1. Click on Edit.
  1. Select time zone.
  1. Click on Save.

Note! Users can also change their own time zone if they need to.

Default language for the organization

Here you change the default language for the entire organization.

  1. Open the language list.
  1. Select language.

Note! Users can change their own language if they need to.

Company avatars

Here you can change the organization's avatar.

  1. Click on Edit to choose a new avatar.
  1. Choose whether users should be able to have their own avatars by turning the setting on or off.

Cover photo

Here you change the default cover that applies to all users.

You can also choose whether users can have their own cover images by turning the setting on or off.


App

Type of gear package

You can upgrade gear packages from Light to Unlimited.

  1. Select the new gear package.
  1. Click on Upgrade.

Note! To be able to downgrade, you need to have an ongoing contract. It is not possible to downgrade if you have a contract with a fixed term.

New user license

Here you can purchase more user licenses.

  1. Open the list.
  1. Select number of licenses (prices according to agreement).
  1. Click on Buy.

User licenses

Here you will find a complete list of all users in the organization.

The list shows: • Pro licenses (assigned and unassigned)

• Mobile licenses (assigned and unassigned)

If you have a subscription through us, you have access to these settings.

  1. Open the service you want to purchase.
  1. Select quantity.
  1. Click on Buy.

System SMS

Manage SMS zones

Here you set which SMS zones users are allowed to send system SMS to, as well as which types of system SMS should be available (survey and response group).

  1. Open the zone you want to edit.
  1. Choose whether the zone should be allowed for all or only selected users.
  1. Click on Save.

Use the filter to find the right events.

Organizational structure

By setting up an organizational structure, users become searchable by more than just names. It makes it possible to search by categories and options, and combine them for more precise searches.

Create category

  1. Click on Add.
  1. Name the category, for example Cost center.
  1. Add options (press Enter to add more).
  1. Click on Create.

Delete category or option

  1. Open the category you want to change.
  1. Remove options by clicking X and then Save.
  1. To delete an entire category, click Remove and confirm with Yes.

Assign options to users

Once you have created a category and options, you can assign them to users.

  1. Open the category.
  1. Click on Edit on the option you want to assign.
  1. Select users from the list and add them.
  1. Click on Clear.
  1. Click on Save.

AI features

AI features allow administrators to control access to AI-powered tools like transcription, translation, and response suggestions.

The features can be customized according to company policies. Some AI features require consent as data processing may take place outside the EU.
