How does it work?
With the Outlook add-in, you can book conferences directly in Outlook.
- All links and codes are automatically inserted into the meeting invitation.
- It works the same way as if you had booked the appointment via the app.
Install the extension
Windows
- Open Outlook.
- Click on Addition.
- Search on Addit.
- Click on Install.
Mac
- Open Outlook (new Outlook).
- Click on Tool in the menu.
- Select Addition.
- Search on Addit.
- Click on Install.
Book a meeting via Outlook
Note: The extension does not work on mobile phones.
Windows
- Click on New items → choose Meeting.
- Click on The Addit logo.
- Click on Insert conference.
- Set the time, invite participants and make other settings as usual.
Mac
- Open one new event in Outlook (new Outlook).
- Click on The Addit logo.
- Click on Insert conference.
- Set the time, invite participants and make other settings as usual.
