Who can activate the add-on?

  • All users.

How does it work?

With the Outlook add-in, you can book conferences directly in Outlook.

  • All links and codes are automatically inserted into the meeting invitation.
  • It works the same way as if you had booked the appointment via the app.

Install the extension

Windows

  1. Open Outlook.
  1. Click on Addition.
  1. Search on Addit.
  1. Click on Install.

Mac

  1. Open Outlook (new Outlook).
  1. Click on Tool in the menu.
  1. Select Addition.
  1. Search on Addit.
  1. Click on Install.

Book a meeting via Outlook

Note: The extension does not work on mobile phones.

Windows

  1. Click on New items → choose Meeting.
  1. Click on The Addit logo.
  1. Click on Insert conference.
  1. Set the time, invite participants and make other settings as usual.

Mac

  1. Open one new event in Outlook (new Outlook).
  1. Click on The Addit logo.
  1. Click on Insert conference.
  1. Set the time, invite participants and make other settings as usual.
