Step 1 – Who has access to Survey?
- All organizations, regardless of switch package, can purchase the additional service.
- Pro users can use the license.
Step 2 – Open Survey
- Click on Survey icon in the menu to open the tool.
Step 3 – What is Survey?
- A tool for creating and implementing unlimited number of surveys.
Step 4 – Licenses
- License type: Survey.
- The license is not tied to a specific user → it can be moved at any time.
- However, two users can not share the same license at the same time.
- To purchase licenses, authorization is required Account.
Step 5 – Question types in Survey
You can create surveys with several different types of questions:
- Yes/No
- Radio buttons
- Checkboxes
- Free text
- Likert scale
- Semantic scale (5 or 7 answers)
- Visual analog scale
- Selector
- Date, Time, Number input
- Matrix questions
Survey teams
What is a Survey team?
- A place where the survey is published.
- Only team members can view and edit.
- Each team has its own templates, participant lists, mailings and results.
Change Survey team
- Click on the team at the top.
- Choose the team you want to work in.
Survey templates
Create a new template
- Click on the plus sign.
- Give the template a name (e.g. NPS).
- Addwelcome message.
- Add content (questions, images, media).
- During Advanced settings can you:
- Enable thank you message.
- Choose numbered questions.
- Click on Clear.
- Click on Preview to see the result.
- Click on Save.
Edit templates
- Click on pen icon to make changes.
- Click on copy icon to duplicate a template and give it a new name.
Participant lists
Create a new list
- Click on the plus sign.
- Name the list (e.g. customer list).
- Add participants (manually, from contacts, import from file or paste).
- Add variables if necessary (optional).
- Click on Save.
Edit list
- Change name.
- Add participants (the plus sign).
- Remove participants (the cross).
- Edit participants (pen icon).
- Delete the list: expand → click Delete → confirm with Yes.
Survey mailing
Create mailing
- Click on the plus sign.
- Name the mailing.
- Choose a template or create a new one.
- Choose between open or closed investigation.
- Add participants (e.g. from a list).
- Specify whether the survey should be anonymous.
- Choose if BankID verification required.
- Select invitation method.
- Set any reminders.
- Adjust advanced settings.
Delete mailing
- Expand the mailing.
- Click on Delete.
- Click on Yes.
Participants can then no longer respond, but responses already received are saved.
Results
Show results
- Expand a survey.
- During Participation, click on Show results.
- Filter on all or selected participants (not anonymous survey).
Unanswered
- Click on Get list of unanswered calls to download an Excel file.
- Via the menu (three dots) you can:
- Open the survey as a participant.
- Copy link.
- Please resend the invitation.
- Send comment.
Variable-based results
- Click on the file to download the results.
Download Excel
- Click on XLS under results.
Delete results
- You can delete results permanently.
- Recommendation: always download the answers before to save for future use.
Delete content
Here you can mass delete:
- Survey templates
- Participant lists
- Survey mailing
- Results
