To get a clear and efficient structure in the app, we recommend that you follow the steps below when creating a new team:
Step 1 – Create a team
- Start by creating a team, e.g. Team Support.
Step 2 – Create channels
- Add channels, e.g.:
- General
- First Line
- Second Line
- Known Errors
Step 3 – Create a role
- Create a role.
- Assign the role to the right team, channels, and permissions.
Results
By following this order, it will be easier to create new users.
- When a new user is assigned a role, they automatically gain access to the predefined team, channels and permissions.
