Caller ID makes it easier to see who's calling, even if the number isn't in your contact list. The notification can show information like:
- Who is calling?
- Which response group they chose.
- Company information.
- Data from CRM systems (if Insights is enabled).
Activate number lookup as notification
Step 1 – Open Settings
• Go to your personal settings.
Step 2 – Go to notifications
• Select Notifications and then Telephony.
Step 3 – Activate
• Turn on the setting Show notification on mobile devices with caller information.
Tip: Make sure notifications are enabled on your mobile phone and any additional permissions the app requests when turned on.
Settings for different devices
Android (general)
- Open Settings on your phone.
- Go to Apps or Application Manager.
- Find the app in the list.
- Select Show on top of other apps and enable.
- Then open the app → Settings → Notifications → Telephony to adjust notifications.
Samsung
- Open Settings.
- Go to Apps.
- Open the menu in the upper right corner and select Special access.
- Select Show on top of other apps.
- Find the app and turn on the setting.
OnePlus
- Open Settings.
- Go to Apps and Notifications.
- Select Special app access.
- Tap Show on top of other apps.
- Find the app and activate it.
iOS (iPhone)
- Open Settings.
- Go to Notifications.
- Select the app and enable notifications.
- Make sure the app is allowed to show incoming call notifications.
- Recommended: Set Banner Type to Permanent and choose Always show previews under the lock screen.

What is Caller ID?
This feature allows the iPhone to retrieve contact information directly from the app, allowing the caller's name to be displayed even if the contact is not saved locally.
Enable Caller ID
- Open Settings on iPhone.
- Go to Phone.
- Select Caller ID & Blocking.
- Turn on the app.
