Step 1 – Who has access to Wallboard?
- Users with the permission Wallboard can purchase the additional service.
- Everyone with Wallboard authorization can configure and manage the service.
Step 2 – Open Wallboard Settings
- Click on gear icon.
- Choose yours organization.
- Expand the list Wallboards.
Step 3 – What is a Wallboard?
- A Wallboard is used to display response group or user data on an external display, for example a TV.
- It offers:
• Customizable metrics
• Selection of one or more response groups and users
• Light and dark mode
• Various visual scaling options
Step 4 – Create a Wallboard
- Click on gear icon and select the organization.
- Expand Wallboards.
- Click on the plus sign to create a new Wallboard.
- Select Multiple response groups or A response group.
- Name your Wallboard.
- Choose which ones response groups which should be included.
- Choose which ones metrics which should be displayed.
- For the option A response group can also agent metrics be added.
- Select language.
- Decide theme (light or dark).
- Choose one avatar or use the company logo.
- Set display scale (default 100%).
- Select animation style for how the figures are updated.
- Copy link to the Wallboard.
- Click on Save.
The Wallboard link can be used in multiple locations at the same time and works in most browsers.
Step 5 – Wallboard templates
Response group
- Multiple response groups – metrics: View multiple groups and their metrics on the same Wallboard.
- A response group – detailed: View a group with both the group's and agents' information.
- A response group – leaderboard: View both group and agent data as well as a leaderboard for the group.
Only logged in agents displayed on a Wallboard.
User
- User metrics: Choose freely among users and view both combined and individual metrics.
- Users – Leaderboard: View individual metrics and a leaderboard with user rankings.
